Our Sand casting foundry is capable of producing single piece casting of 100kg. Using the Green sand Molding process. We can produce castings in all BS1490 series alloys. Our expertise is in LM-4 alloy castings. Facilities are available for Heat treatment of castings. We have an in house internal shot-blasting machine with a 1-meter. Turn table. Our process control lab is fully equipped to control all process related parameters. Facility for mechanical and chemical testing is available.
